Forged Kinetics provides medically-informed personal training in Austin, Texas, and across the United States. Clients frequently use Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for training when supported by a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Our services include corrective exercise, functional strength training, mobility development, post-physical-therapy progression, prehab, and medically-directed fitness programs approved by physicians and licensed providers nationwide. Clients use HSA funds for chronic pain management, joint mobility, post-rehab strength rebuilding, pre-surgical (prehab) training, and structured long-term exercise programs. A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) can be provided by a physician, nurse practitioner, chiropractor, or other qualified medical provider. LMN-supported training addresses movement dysfunction, muscular imbalances, joint stability, corrective exercise, and progressive strength development. We serve clients locally in Austin—including North, South, West, and Central Austin—as well as virtual clients across the United States. Prehab programs support orthopedic procedures like knee, hip, shoulder, and spinal surgery, improving mobility, stability, and neuromuscular control for faster recovery.
